정말 맛있는 초간편국수

                                                                                           아주 옜날 여학교 시절에

                                                                                           후배네 집에 놀러갔다 나오는데

                                                                                           골목입구 아주 허스름한 국수집에

                                                                                           사람들이 꽉 차있었다

 

                                                                                           그게 너무 궁금하여 물어보니

                                                                                           그 당시 300냥국수인데

                                                                                           양도 많고 맛도 일품이라했다

 

                                                                                           그럼 한번 먹어보자하고 들어가니

                                                                                           자리가 없을 만큼이다

                                                                                           그 옛날에...............

 

                                                                                           제주 남문로에 있던 만수당약국 바로 뒷골목

                                                                                           예전 인천문화당에서 약간 한라산쪽으로 올라간곳에 있었다

 

                                                                                           나는 청양고추를 넣었지만

                                                                                           그땐 고추가루, 볶음깨, 잔파가 고명대신에......

                                                                                           국물맛이 침 시원하고 깔끔했는데......

 

                                                                                           맛있는 국수하면 300냥국수가 항상 떠올라서

                                                                                           매번하였지만

                                                                                           국물맛에서 실패하곤 했다

 

                                                                                           끓는 물에 다시마와 청양고추와 양파를 넣는다 

                                                                                           국물맛이 우러나면 잔새우젓으로 간을(멸치액젓)한다

 

                                                                                           맛이 일품이다......오늘 난 국수가 없어 국물만........ㅎㅎ
