돈나물과 레몬을 곁들인 돼지갈비 구이

                                                                               돼지갈비를 LA식으로 썰어달라한다

                                                               불고기 양념으로 재워두고

                                                               고기속으로 양념이 배이도록

                                                               충분하게 둔다

                                                               양념에 배인 고기가 먹기에 훨 부드럽다

                                                               물이 자박하게 있게하여

                                                               후라이팬에서 구워낸다

                                                                       양념: 마늘다진것, 생각즙,  간장, 청양고추(후추가루)

                                                                        볶음깨,  대파,배즙,양파즙,양파,참기름,매실액

                                                                        물엿(올리고당),청양고추

                                                                             

 

                                                                                 

                                                                    지난번에 심어둔 상추다

                                                            오늘 첫 수확을 거두어 쌈으로 먹는다

                                                            고기위에 야채를 골고루 올려놓고 쌈을 싼다

                              

                                                                         

 

 

                                                                                 재료는 돈나물, 가지, 홍고추, 레몬

                                                                 소스는 간장,매실액,다진마늘

                                                                 맛??.......고기에는 아주 담백한 야채가

                                                                 곁들여져 부드럽게 입에서 넘어간다

 

                                                                 일반귤이 있으면 레몬처럼 썰어서 얹어

                                                                 놓으면 지방이 분해되어

                                                                 다이어트 하시는 분들이 부담없이

                                                                 고기를 즐길 수 있다

                                                                  (찍어둔 사진이 날라가서 간에 절여진걸

                                                                   담으니 색깔이 예쁘지가 않다)
