얼렁뚱땅 낙지볶음

                                                                                              낙지볶음에 들어간 재료........제주산 낮지인데 냉동해두었더니..

 

                                                                                         양념은 고추가루 복분자액 식용유 참기름

                                                                                         묶은지가 들어가서 다른양념은 사용안함

                                                                                         볶음깨와 다진마늘이 들어간다

 

                                                                                         먼저 묶은지와 고구마 양파 청홍고추 식용유를 두르고

                                                                                         볶다가 낙지를 넣어 함께볶아낸다

                                                                                         이때 고추가루와(적당량) 참기름을 두른다

                                                                                         다진마늘도........재료가 어느정도 다 익으면

                                                                                         송송송 썰어둔 야채(미나리 민들레 양파 청고추 양파잎)

                                                                                         넣어서 몇번 뒤젓거린다......ㅎㅎ

 

                                                                                         맛 복분자가 아주 맛있게 톡톡씹히며

                                                                                         낙지의 특유한 맛이 나온다

 

                                                                                         그냥 재료는 집에 있는걸로........ㅎㅎ
