떡국무침(떡국과 야채의 만남)

                                                                                       떡국무침에 주 재료다........집에다 심어둔 돌미나리를 준비

                                                                                       노오란 민들레꽃을 준비.........집에 있던 네블오렌지 준비(껍질채 먹는다)

                                                                                       스타떡국떡

 

                                                                                       끓는 물에 미나리를 살짝 데우치고

                                                                                       민들레꽃은 흐르는 물에 잘 씻고

                                                                                       네블오렌지도 씻어두고

                                                                                       떡국떡은 끓는 물에서 알맞게 익힌다음 찬물로 여러번 헹굼(얼음이 똑 떨어져서..)

                                                                                       먼저 떡국떡을 참기름에 버무리고(울아버지 땜에 푹 삶음)

 

                                                                                       네블오렌지를 얇게 반달로 썰어두고

                                                                                       미나리는 간이된 소금물에 살짝 데우친걸 먹기좋게 썬다(난 미나리 잎을 함께사용)

                                                                                       민들레꽃은 미리 헹구어 채반에서 물기를 빼면 꽃이 살아나 보기에 좋을 듯

                                                                                       오늘은 급히 하느라 씻어서 바로 사용

                                                                                       떡국떡 삶을 때 소금물에다 익힘

 

                                                                                       참기름으로 버무린 떡국떡에다

                                                                                       위의 준비된 재료를 넣고

                                                                                       매실주를 약간 넣어 버무림..........ㅎㅎ맛은 담백한 맛

 

                                                                                       소감: 목련님이 계란지단 이나 김가루를 사용해 보라하셔서 힌트를 얻어

                                                                                               민들레꽃과 네블오렌지를 사용했다

 

                                                                                               무농약이라 안전하게.........ㅎㅎ

                                                                                               다이어트로 모자람이 없다

                                                                                               풍부한 비타민-C와 섬유질과 포만감^^*

                                                                                         오렌지껍질에 있는 성분이 다이어트에 좋다고 인정받음
